Inspection of axle length after machining.
Automatic tool positioning chuck for positioning of turning tool blocks for machining various sizes of components from set-up 1 to set-up 10
Inspection equipment for measurement of machining allowance to decide whether the actual allownce is above/below the permitted value.
Inspection of finished axle length
Inspection of diameter, parallelism of faces and perpendicularity of faces in setting mode.
Grab crane to pick up simultaneously the forged axle from input conveyor and the machined axle from the machine, transfer and place the forged axle on the machine and the machined axle on the discharge conveyor.
Discharge power conveyor to receive the machined axle from the grab crane and store them up to a maximum of 52 (each 1.2 tonne weight) and present them to the next machine.
