» Fixed grinding head with twin grip spindle design.
» Bed made of high tensile strength cast iron, heavily ribbed for better vibration damping and shock absorption.
» Grinding wheel spindle runs in super precision tilting pad type hydrodynamic bearings and lubrication is by separate continuous lubrication system.
» Spindle with antifriction bearings supplied as optional.
» Infeed slide carrying regulating wheel head and work rest moves in preloaded antifriction M & V needle roller guideways for micronic response and high rigidity.
» Regulating wheel spindle mounted on Gammet bearings with an outboard support for higher rigidity.
» Centralised lubrication system for guideways.
» PLC control system along with MPCBs & MCBs.
